Slowly letting his hood fall back, he ran a hand through his hair to ruffle it up some, studying the male in front of him as he did so. He really did resemble him, though their hair and skin color appeared to be different. Brushing the thoughts away as the other spoke again, he simply nodded his head. “Ah, yeah.. it’s not everyday I run into someone just..” He trailed off and smiled a little, the soft voice of the other seemed comforting enough, maybe he wasn’t a threat after all. Suddenly his eyebrows tugged together and he pulled out his phone, checking the time. “Well, I knew it was late but I don’t think it matters does it? You’re out too.. aren’t you? I was just on my way home actually..” He licked his lips and stuffed his phone away again, unsure if he should step any closer.
He could tell that the other male was watching him, perhaps studying him the way he was, too, and he allowed it. He could have tilted his head down, tried to let the shadows fall over his features instead of being in the grace of light, but for what reason? Besides, the boy was wary enough as it was. A part Taemin’s mind fought between finding it amusing, and feeling sheepish. It was always such a torn battle. “Not a lot of people coming through these parts, then?” he wondered out. Coming back to Seoul he had found many things changed—some for the better, others for the worse. It was the price of evolution, one could say. “I suppose it doesn’t matter”, he conceded. “You seemed a little nervous, though”, he did add, however, with a small toss of his shoulders, making up a shrug. “I prefer the night, myself, so for me it’s not very odd.”
